One thing... If you can drain their mana (priests?) do it. Druids can't do much if they are low in mana.

A helpful comment for hunters that a lot of us don't realize is that Scare Beast works on shapeshifted druids and can be very helpful. If done right it will essentially force the druid to fight you in human form the entire time.

Hey, heres a couple of tips from a Shaman point of view.. Druids are one of the hardest classes to duel.. they have UNLIMITED mana, due to being able to shapeshift and have thier regen at 100% during that time. The Key therefore, is to last as long as they do... This is highly possible. Druids do very little damage, and as long as you save ALL of your mana for healing only, you can keep up with thier regen. The first thing you want to do is place an your usual cheap earthbind and searing totems.. these are cheap on mana, and last a reasonable length of time. Also use your lightning shield instead of shock spells.. this will cost about half the mana, and in fact to more damage. Also use purge to get rid of Mark of the Wild, Thorns, and Regrowth or Rejuvenation. The plan is now.. to just hold in there until they get low on health. It is at this time, that the druid will usually stun you from bear form, and change out into caster form to heal themselves, before going back into bear mode. This is the crucial point.. If you dont think you can kill them in under 3 seconds from the amount of health they have.. do NOTHING.. just let them heal, and start over again.. save your mana. I promise.. 98% of the time, they will become cocky, and will let thier health run low after 2 or 3 times.. It is at this point, when they have let thier health run a bit low, like 15% or less, that you use your Grunt trinket to get out of the stun, or if you dont have that, hit them just before you think they are going to come out with a Frost shock, and back up a bit... When they come out to heal, unleash everything... this means the good old switch to 2H, Nova totem, cancel that heal with an Earthshock, use guarenteed crit, or use NS on a Chain lightning, etc.. Druids in Caster form are incredibly fleshy, and combining this kind of assault with a solid 2H melee attk, will drop them within 3 or 4 seconds... They won't know what hit them ;D Happy druid hunting
